WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Maintain contact with our customer concerning actual questions, issues and/or uncertainties, by phone, e-mail, chat and social media.
- Redirect specific customer questions to the right person(s) in the process.
- Settle customer questions and/or possible complaints in the most customer friendly way.
- Contribute to team oriented tasks like planning, quality control and training.
WHY DOES THE ROLE FIT YOU?
- You are able to perform the job in Dutch, English and either or both German and French, which means oral as well as in writing.
- In your work you are customer oriented, motivated, independent, accurate and effective. You are a natural when it comes to working with computers and different sorts of software.
- You are available for at least 20 hours a week.
